(1) Enacting that Andrew Broun, barber, shall not occupy the craft of barbery or surgery within the burgh, under pain of £20, unless he gain admission to the said crafts as a burgess and freeman. (2) Enacting that James Stewinson, baker, shall not occupy the craft of barbery or surgery within the burgh, under pain of £20, unless he gain admission to the said crafts as a burgess and a freeman. |
