Description Requesting that in keeping with the act of March 1686 in their favour, it should always be a simple apothecarist and not a chirurgian apothecarist who is appointed as the visitor of their calling, and henceforth the present visitors to their fraternity, John Baillie and James McMath, chirurgian apothecaries, should be discharged, and one of their own number appointed.
