| Description | Declaration of the deacon convener and remnant deacons, crafts and councils convened in the Magdalen Chapel in favour of the chirurgians that in accordance with their gifts and acts, both master, servants and apprentices are "freed from any dewtie in exercising in warfair" and the deacons of various trades are appointed to intimate the same to the captain of the trades youths and the rest of the trades captains.
