Description | "...me was the floor - old wood & holes in it. Impossible to sterilize...Then it will be the best Surgical Hospital in Serbia! The typhus one, No. 6 Reserve & one for relapsing fever & General diseases No. 7 Reserve, both barracks. We have put most of our strength into No. 6 & it is in good working order but No. 7 has had only one doctor & 2 day sisters & 1 night, for over 200 beds. Still it is wonderful what those [illeg] women have done. We have Austrian prisoners as Orderlies everywhere in the Hospitals & in the houses...(30 May 1915) |
